Kayak Fishing In California and the Neighboring States

Kayak fishing in California has a long history, relatively to such a young sport. Although part of this big state is a desert, and other parts suffer from a shortage of water, California has a long shoreline, and several estuaries, where many kayak anglers can be found casting their lines. Northern California offers some good freshwater fishing as well.
Other southwestern states, such as Nevada, New Mexico and Arizona have numerous lakes, as well as artificial lakes, where kayak fishing is quite popular.
